Eastern Airways announce Dijon flights

Eastern Airways has announced that it will launch a new summer service between Southampton Airport and Dijon in Eastern France. The airline has offered scheduled services from Southampton since 2003, and will launch a 3 times a week summer service to Dijon from June 6.
Dijon is the capital of the Cote d’Or and Bourgogne region. Local industry include manufacturing, automobile, electronics, machinery and pharmaceuticals. The region has some of the country’s best wine producing vineyards, and is famous for its mustard.
Flights will operate each Monday, Friday and Sunday using a 29-seater Jetstream 41 aircraft. Fares are from £75 one way, including taxes.
