Eastern to launch Durham Tees Valley flights

Eastern Airways will launch new scheduled fllights between Durham Tees Valley Airport and Southampton Airport on Monday, 2 November. The UK regional airline will operate a business schedule with two return flights each weekday, enabling convenient day trips. The new route will be of particular benefit to businesses in the chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, manufacturing, marine and offshore industries.
Weekday flights will depart from Southampton Airport at 09:10 and 19:20, landing at Durham Tees Valley at 10:55 and 21:05. Services leave Durham Tees Valley at 06:45 and 16:55, arriving at Southampton at 08:40 and 18:50. Fares start from £69 one way including taxes and charges.
