Flybe announce two new Southampton Airport - Germany routes

Flybe is to operate its first routes to Germany this winter when it launches services from Southampton Airport. The airline will fly two flights a day to Dusseldorf and daily flights to Hannover throughout the winter.
Flybe claims to be undercutting the lowest fares offered by Lufthansa and bmi from Heathrow to both of the German cities. Tickets for both routes start at £29.99 one-way for the flights which start on October 29, the start of the airline's winter schedule.
Flybe chief executive officer, Mike Rutter, said: 'We see huge potential for growth in the area and this is just the first of many new route announcements for Flybe in this exciting marketplace.'
