Flybe launches daily Frnakfurt flights

Flybe has launched daily flights linking Southampton Airport with Frankfurt for the first time. The route is being operated using a 50-seat Embraer 145 jet, one of 28 acquired during the takeover of BA Connect, with a flight time of 90 minutes.
Southampton Airport now offers flights to four of the major airport hubs in mainland Europe - Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris and Frankfurt - with the latter the third new German destination to be launched from Southampton in the last six months. Passengers can now fly from Southampton Airport to Dusseldorf, Frankfurt and Hannover.
