Eastern add French flight in time for Le Mans

Eastern Airways is increasing flights between Southampton Airport to Angers Loire in France to coincide with the Le Mans 24 hour motor race. The airline will introduce a Friday service from June 6, the weekend prior to the start of Le Mans (14-15 June), which is located 46 miles from Angers Loire Airport. The Friday service will continue to operate over the summer season, taking the number of flights on the route to 4 a week.
Services depart on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays leaving Southampton at 12 noon, landing in Angers Loire at 14:25. Flights depart Angers Loire at 14:55, arriving in Southampton at 15:20 (all times local).
